Craig McBride
The Oaks at Lebanon, Oregon had recently changed ownership group. The region’s Asset Manager, Craig McBride, and Project Manager, Mataya Alejo were called by the facilities ED. The ED was frantic and stressed regarding ongoing issues with a Fire Door project from the previous year that had not yet been completed. He explained the Fire Doors that were ordered the previous year, however, due to unforeseen circumstances had been canceled and the existing doors were not in compliance.
Understanding the urgency, Craig and Mataya quickly jumped in to help. They turned to Regent’s Preferred Vendor list of trusted businesses and called one of our five-star vendors, who was then able to secure a new order on the spot. Craig immediately phoned the ED to share the good news and followed with an email to the ownership group. Throughout the entire process, the team kept the facility updated by sending shipping alerts, estimated the time for delivery, and scheduled the Fire Door installation as well as the Fire Inspector Inspection. Upon project completion, the Asset Team was happy to report the Fire Marshall was satisfied and amended the facility code deficiency.
The Asset Team tracked and coordinated every aspect of the job, providing ease of mind to the ED and ownership group. It is this level of detail, personal touch, and problem-solving approach that sets Regent USA apart. We are experts, innovators, and visionaries.
