• Architect/Engineer $400/ hr

• Assistance with facility repairs, remodels, and updates.
• Provide Project Management services for facility construction remodels.
• Secure project bids, review detailed cost estimates and provide recommendations.

May include:

• Mechanical systems detailed report.
• Estimated detailed special project report.
• Assessment or renovation studies and reports.
• Assess deficiency reports and provide guidance and correction recommendations.
