Facility Condition Assessment Initial Visit

The initial Facility Condition Assessment is only for new Regent USA communities. The initial cost is higher as it requires additional time for an on-site walk-thru, processing and reporting.

Benefit:

Once you have completed the initial report you can rest assured your Regent USA team, consisting of an Asset and Project Manager have compiled all the facilities information for future use. Our team works with your internal staff to address any areas in need. The report also helps both the Management Company and Facility Owner with identifying and prioritizing the necessary improvements for the facility.

What’s included:

  • Your facility is assigned a team consisting of an Asset and Project Manager.
  • The Asset Manager schedules an in-person on-site meeting at the facility.
  • The one-day assessment provides a detailed report of the current facility conditions; good, fair, poor.
  • Photos will be taken of any areas receiving a fair or poor rating accompanied with recommendations.
  • All of the available areas will be inspected.

Exclusions:

  • Excludes travel cost. Travel is to be negotiated as reimbursable. Cost is based on geographic location and number of buildings.
