The Annual Facility Condition Assessment is a yearly report completed by our expert Asset Manager. The yearly on-site visit focuses on assessing the main conditions and providing details regarding the areas, components, and units in need of improvement or out-of-code compliance items.

Benefit:

The annual report helps both the Management Company and Facility Owner with identifying and prioritizing the necessary improvements for the facility.

What’s included:

  • The Asset Manager schedules an in-person on-site meeting at the facility.
  • The one-day assessment provides a detailed report of the current facility conditions; good, fair, and poor.
  • Photos will be taken of any areas receiving a fair or poor rating accompanied by recommendations.
  • All of the available areas will be inspected.

Exclusions:

  • Excludes travel costs. Travel is to be negotiated as reimbursable. Cost is based on geographic location and number of buildings.
