The Annual Fire Life & Safety Assessment is a yearly comprehensive survey performed by a Viliagegnce certified Fire Chief. The yearly on-site visit focuses on evaluating the fire risk of a facility and helps to establish emergency response needs.
Benefit:
Helps to reduce inquiry, life loss, and property loss aiding the overall safety of the facility, staff, and residents.
- A Vigilance Fire Chief schedules an in-person on-site meeting at the facility.
- The one-day, two to three-hour inspection identifies potential fire hazards, unsafe factors, digital and equipment risks, and checks to ensure adequate fire protection measures are in place.
- The comprehensive report includes an itemized and prioritized list of the fire life safety conditions and potential repairs and threats.
- Photos will be taken of any areas receiving a fair or poor rating accompanied by recommendations.
Exclusions:
- Excludes travel costs. Travel is to be negotiated as reimbursable. Cost is based on geographic location and number of buildings.
